Contact Couple Compass Notes

Wherever you are on the clock, one inbox reaches us: editorial@couplecompassnotes.com.

Use it to:

  • flag a government fee, form or processing step that has changed, with a link to the official page;
  • tell us a gadget was discontinued or repriced;
  • suggest a gift, app or date idea that has helped the two of you;
  • ask about sponsorship (the write for us page answers most questions first).

Immigration questions#

We can’t review your case, tell you which visa to choose or check a form. For that, go straight to USCIS or the US Department of State, or speak to a licensed immigration attorney. Be wary of anyone who guarantees approval for a fee.

Orders and devices#

For a bracelet that won’t pair or a gift that never arrived, contact the seller. We don’t sell anything ourselves.

Emergencies#

If you or your partner is in danger, call local emergency services: 911 in the US. If your partner lives abroad, look up the emergency number for their country ahead of time, since it isn’t always 911.

Reply times#

Answers can take a few days, especially when the time difference works against us. A subject line that says what the message is about, such as “fee update” or “gift idea,” helps it reach the right pile faster.
